If you are a single or married individual with an estate smaller than three million dollars who wants to leave everything to your kids (or if they predecease to their descendants), the RomSum Simple Will may be for you!
For just $750.00 for an individual or $1,000 for a married couple, you can receive an attorney-drafted and attorney-reviewed will that complies with the legal requirements of the Texas Estates Code at a greater than 50% discount from our standard will package fees.
We’ll also provide you with a convenient copy of the detailed RomSum Standard Will Execution Guide which is already publicly available on our website. It doesn’t end there. For an additional $500.00 fee, we will conduct the execution ceremony for you at our Sugar Land offices and maintain a scanned copy of your Will on our secure servers.
