Nicks practice focuses heavily on Fiduciary litigation, helping clients to navigate complex legal disputes. Nick is a member of the Texas State Bar and licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University and went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2020. Nick’s experience includes personal injury, premises liability, and mass tort litigation. At R&S, he has especially enjoyed concentrating on probate matters and will contests, guiding clients through complex estate disputes with clarity, care, and practical insight.
