My wife recently died and I needed to probate her will. Since I had no previous dealings with a local attorney, I looked through various local papers and called attorneys that had ads in these papers. I called the office of Paul Romano and briefly told him the purpose of my call, I needed to have my wife’s will probated. He quoted me a figure over the phone which I agreed to . I visited his office and we went over my wife’s will. He saw no problems with the will and assured me the probate would go through without any problems. Sure enough, my wife’s will went through the court system without any difficulties. After the will was probated, Paul’s office continued to file the necessary papers to finalize the will. At no time did I experience any difficulty with the probate process. Paul’s office continually kept me up-to-date on the probate process. Kenneth Sumner made sure that, within my estate plan, there are safe guards to protect me against unscrupulous guardians, via a Guardianship Prior to Need document, should I become unable to manage my affairs in the future. Mr. Sumner crafted a customized durable power of attorney which assures that financial institutions will accept this document at time of need. He also customized my will to guard against a possible will contest. I highly recommend Mr. Sumner to anyone who is facing these sort of issues. Kenneth Sumner certainly knows how to deal with misbehaving executors.
